Enter your dog photo to appear on the Orvis catalog cover

Do you love to take pictures of your dog? Is your camera phone overflowing with adorable shots of your pup? Are your Facebook friends tired of seeing all of your dog photos?

If you answered yes to even one of those questions (I admit to being guilty as charged on all three!) then you need to enter the Orvis Cover Dog photography contest!

What’s not to like about this contest?

– It’s free to enter
– It’s a photo contest about dogs!
– You can win prize money (not to mention bragging rights!)
– It’s for a good cause – money is raised for Morris Animal Foundation*
– It’s run by a company selling awesome dog products!

Entering couldn’t be easier. Fill out your contact information and upload an image. If you’d like to donate money to the Morris Animal Foundation you can vote for any of the dog photos. The voting does not influence the judging of the $500 grand prize.

Just make sure that you have release forms for any of the dogs and people in your images.

Time is running out for the Spring catalog deadline. You must enter by March 31st. The good news is that if you can’t make that deadline you can always enter into the Fall catalog contest.

While you’re there, shop the Orvis catalog for some great gifts for your pooch (or yourself!). My dogs love their Orvis dog couch, I can’t even remember how old it is. All three dogs and countless foster dogs have enjoyed it.

Good luck!

*Charity Navigator rates the Morris Animal Foundation at 83.7 out of a possible score of 100. Only 5.8% of funds raised go towards administration costs.
